DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION

A deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total estimated event cost is due upon booking to secure the reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the final bill. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Events Director.

Cancellations made seven (7) or more calendar days prior to the event date are subject to a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee based on the total estimated food, beverage, administrative fees, taxes, and other applicable event costs. This cancellation fee will be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled event, and any additional payments made will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the event date are subject to a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee based on the total estimated event cost. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward a future event.

Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the event are subject to a one hundred percent (100%) cancellation fee based on the total estimated event cost.
